Return Policy

Returned products must be in new, resalable condition and returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns for credit or exchange are allowable up to 15 days after date of delivery as indicated by shipping carrier tracking number. After 15 days, a 10% Restocking fee may apply.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned product and verifying its condition.

Shipping Policy

Items are shipped as soon as possible. Sometimes, subject to availability and manufacturing, shipping may be delayed up to 2 business days. Engraved and Polished items are made to order and usually ship the following business day.

Orders over $100.00USD qualify for free shipping inside the United States. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority, whichever is cheaper.
